  • GAPP Service | Vincemc

GAPP SERVICE GAPP GEORGIA PEDIATRIC PROGRAM (GAPP) The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) was created to support families by providing vital assistance with a child’s everyday living needs — including bathing, grooming, feeding, transferring, getting dressed, medication administration, G-tube care, and more. This Medicaid-funded program offers both skilled and unskilled private in-home care services for medically fragile children and young adults under the age of 21 who require ongoing medical attention in the comfort and safety of their own home. At EverThere Care, all services are delivered by highly trained, licensed professionals dedicated to ensuring your child’s health, safety, and overall well-being. The In-Home Skilled Nursing Program is specifically designed to serve eligible members based on a comprehensive medical necessity determination for children and young adults under 20 years and 11 months of age. GAPP NO WAIT LIST This program is not a waiver service, which will allow your child to receive services immediately following service approval. Parents are involved with the development of their child's service plan of treatment along with any service goals. Intake and evaluation typically takes up to 30 days for service approval. Our company is dedicated to bringing you quality service as quickly as possible so that your child can begin receiving care immediately without the wait. Service Compassionate support to empower individuals & families At Recovery Path Care, we provide personalized care to help individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical needs live confidently, independently, and happily in a safe environment.
